Feature

  3. Cutting stroke could be adjusted when cutting different length plate, Both up and bottom blade have 4 usable edge.
  4. Plate clamping fixture uses independent hold down cylinder. There is plastic pad on the bottom of each cylinder to protect the plate being scratched.
  5. CNC contorller is close loop control system, fast speed, high accuracy, good stability, guarantee the accuracy of back gauge movement. Furthermore, the system have the function of compensation and auto inspection and so on.
  6. Ball screw on the backgauge, moving without gap.
